Made to order
Every STICKWILD piece is made to order. Production happens before shipping, so delivery takes longer than ready-to-ship clothing.

Estimated delivery
Delivery includes production time followed by carrier transit time. Timing varies by garment, destination, production demand and carrier. Available shipping options and estimates appear at checkout; these are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends and holidays are not business days. International orders can take longer. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.

Shipping charges and availability
Available destinations, shipping options and charges appear at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless included at checkout.

Tracking and separate packages
Tracking is provided when your order ships. Items may ship separately from different production locations and arrive on different days.

Address changes, delays and missing packages
Check your delivery address before placing your order. Email hello@stickwild.com promptly for changes, a stalled shipment or a missing package. We will help investigate; changes may not be possible once production or shipping begins.
