Shopping with STICKWILD

These terms apply to purchases from stickwild.com. Questions about your order or these terms can be sent to hello@stickwild.com. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Products and made-to-order production

STICKWILD apparel is made to order. Review the product description, size guide, selected size and color before ordering. Screen settings and photography can affect how colors appear; stated measurements may include manufacturing tolerances. Your rights when an item is faulty or not as described are unaffected.

Prices and checkout

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless a different currency is explicitly displayed. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and any eligible discounts are shown at checkout before payment. Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Prices and availability may change for future purchases.

Orders and changes

We will contact you if a product becomes unavailable or an error affects your order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Once production begins, changes or cancellation may not be possible, except where required by law.

Delivery

Production and delivery estimates, tracking information and shipping arrangements are described in our Shipping policy. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Items may arrive in separate packages.

Returns and refunds

Our Return and refund policy explains how to request help with damaged, faulty or incorrect items and the limits on sizing and change-of-mind returns for made-to-order products. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled when you browse or purchase from the store.

Use of this website

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or misuse another person’s information. Website images, artwork and branding may not be used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Updates and contact
