STICKWILD Mobile Terms of Service

The STICKWILD text messaging program is operated by Thomas Cundall doing business as STICKWILD. These terms apply when you separately opt in to receive STICKWILD text messages.

What you are signing up for

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from STICKWILD at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include new products, promotions, ambassador program opportunities and shopping cart reminders. Where you separately request or consent to them, we may also send service messages relating to your orders or account.

Message frequency varies. Your consent to receive marketing text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of buying anything or applying to the ambassador program. Providing your number on an application does not, by itself, subscribe you to marketing texts.

Charges and eligibility

STICKWILD does not charge a separate fee to join the messaging program. Message and data rates from your wireless provider may apply. You are responsible for those charges. You must be the account holder or have permission from the account holder for the mobile number you use.

How to unsubscribe or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from STICKWILD’s text messaging program. You may receive one message confirming your request. To rejoin later, opt in again through an available STICKWILD signup method. Reply HELP for messaging help or email hello@stickwild.com.

Your number and message delivery

Please let us know if your mobile number changes, and unsubscribe before giving up a number. Message delivery depends on your wireless network and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and program changes

Our SMS Privacy Policy explains how we use messaging information and protect SMS consent. The STICKWILD Privacy Policy describes our broader privacy practices. We may update or discontinue the messaging program and will provide notice of material changes where required.
