STICKWILD SMS Privacy Policy

This SMS privacy notice supplements the STICKWILD Privacy Policy and applies to our text messaging program. For SMS information, the specific rules below control if another part of our privacy policy is broader.

Information collected and its use

When you voluntarily opt in to STICKWILD text messages, we collect your mobile number, consent status, signup source and time, and your messaging interactions. We use this information to deliver the messages you requested, manage your preferences, respond to support requests and maintain records of your consent.

Shopping activity and cart reminders

Our website and service providers use cookies and similar technologies to remember items added to your cart and recognize when a checkout is left unfinished. For subscribers who have consented to SMS, this activity may trigger a cart reminder text.

SMS information is not shared for third-party marketing

We do not sell or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction applies regardless of broader sharing descriptions elsewhere in our privacy policy. We may provide this information to service providers, including Klaviyo and wireless carriers, solely as needed to operate and deliver STICKWILD’s messaging program, maintain consent records and provide support.

Your choices

Giving us a phone number in an ambassador application or at checkout does not by itself subscribe you to SMS marketing. Marketing texts require your separate, express consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can unsubscribe by replying STOP, request messaging help by replying HELP, or contact hello@stickwild.com.
